Now, is that 'B' for baby, 'R' for Rachel, or ...
... 'M' for monster, I think.
We have a trailer for Rachel, which can hitch to a bicycle, or
(as here) to Ian's tricycle. This was our first outing, on a sunny
but chilly day (so we wrapped up extra snug).
Rachel was so excited by the experience, that she went to sleep inside
two miles.
But Ian enjoyed the scenery.
As an aside, I honestly believe this is safer than a child seat on the back of a bike:
I know it looks low, but my experience of riding the tricycle (I
commute on it, in Surrey commuter-belt rush-hour) is that I get
a lot less hassle, and many fewer 'near misses' than on a 'normal' bike.
In the first week of March, our first teeth appeared...
if you look really, really close!
As spring decided to put in an appearance, daddy gave Rachel some
intensive hammock lessons, at which she seems a natural pro.
In fact, she was went solo on her very first day!
