Rachel was born at 12:32 on 22 July 2002. She's beautiful.
At 12 minutes old, we're already photogenic!
Photos that were previously here are almost all still available, with a few additions:
One year old, and we've recently taken up riding mummy's old horse.
Our cruel parents decided we're only getting one present a day.
Today we got a robin which sings if you squeeze its back. Although
slightly perplexing at first ...
we soon made friends...
and decided he looked peckish, so fed him some wrapping paper.
Actually, come to mention it, perhaps we'll go for the old stand-by
and find the wrapping paper much more interesting!
No, back to robin.
At the weekend, we had a very select party - just the godparents and a
few friends. Despite the met office promising heavy showers, we spent
the whole afternoon in our (wild-look) garden in warm sunshine.
More presents, and this time we got them all at once. A jigsaw, some
alphabet blocks, clothes and a fascinating house. You drop the ball
in teh chimney, and it runs out the back...
which is cause enough for wild cheering!
And of course, with birthday parties, you get birthday cake, cooked by
mummy and decorated by daddy. A marvelous day.
